I have been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of patient clinical data analysis to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including, history, clinical findings, investigations, and come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan Case scenario: A 35 yr old male who is tractor driver came to opd with cheif complaints of itchy skin lesions all over the body since 8 months History of presenting illness: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 8 months back, then he developed small papules over the chest after which it transformed into erythematous scaly plaques first on nose and cheek then over the entire face, neck, back, hands and legs.
