I have been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of patient clinical data analysis to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including, history, clinical findings, investigations, and come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. CHIEF COMPLAINTS: The pt with 32 yr old male came to OPD with c/o pedal edema since 1 month and decreased urine output since 10 days k/c/o CKD on MUD HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS: The pt was apparently asymptomatic 1 month ago, he noticed pedal edema and decrease in UO since 10 days.
